We deliver structured coaching sessions designed to Elevate your game to the next level. Whether you're starting out in the game, or are a seasoned high-level cricketer - our 1-1 Coaching Service is perfect for supporting your journey to becoming a better player.
Cancellation Policy
Elevate Cricket Academy UK – Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking Policy To enquire about 1-to-1 coaching, Academy Pathway places, Small Group Sessions or Holiday Camps, please email us at ElevateCricketAcademy@outlook.com. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request and offer a suitable time based on availability. Payment Terms Payment is required in advance of the session, unless otherwise agreed. Block booking options may be available and can be discussed during your enquiry. Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests are made at least 24 hours in advance, so we can offer the slot to others who may be waiting. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at our discretion. No-shows cancellations without notice will be charged 100% of the session fee. If the coach is unwell or unable to deliver the session, we will notify you as soon as possible and either arrange an alternative coach, if available, or alternative date. Weather Policy For outdoor sessions, if weather conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable to train, we will aim to rearrange the session. If a suitable alternative date cannot be found, a refund will issued. Illness & Injury If your child is unwell or injured, please let us know as soon as possible. We aim to be flexible and fair in these cases, and will always try to find a suitable solution. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we’ll still aim to deliver a valuable session within the remaining time. However, we may not be able to extend the session beyond the scheduled finish. Safeguarding & Supervision (for junior players) All coaches are fully qualified and DBS-checked. For 1-to-1 coaching or drop-off sessions involving junior players, we ask that a parent or guardian remains either on-site or contactable in case of emergency. This is to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all players.
